OverviewAddeGrad Program (2026) - Client Solutions AnalystEdinburgh, UKProgramThis 18-month step program will provide exposure to key functions of the Client Services team and in-depth knowledge of the Addepar platform. You will be part of an 18-month cohort with onboarding and enablement, a supportive manager, and collaboration across Go-To-Market and R&D teams. The start date for the program is July 2026. The program is hosted out of our Edinburgh, Scotland office for UK candidates.The program offers preparation for roles in Client Success, Product Management, or continued work within Client Services, with opportunities to partner with stakeholders across the company.The RoleWe are seeking a Client Solutions Analyst to join our Services Team. Client Solutions Analysts design and implement Addepar for new clients, helping to unlock value and advising clients on modeling and examining financial instruments and assets. The role requires a deep understanding of both finance and technology and ownership of clients’ success. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to provide an outstanding client experience in investment management or related software deployments, be self-reliant, and able to collaborate across Sales, Product, and Partnership teams. They should have a strong understanding of target markets or be eager to learn, and be hands-on in solving client needs.In this role, you will lead the design and oversight for onboarding new clients to the Addepar platform, ensuring solutions fit complex client requirements and are compatible with other Addepar products and services as the offering expands.What You’ll DoYou’ll join a postgraduate cohort and grow your career in an 18-month program with direct exposure to clients. You will begin on the Client Support team to gain in-depth product knowledge and become an Addepar platform expert, with responsibilities including:Provide hands-on support to identify, respond to, and resolve client issues and questionsWork with complex data sets to identify and resolve data and calculation discrepanciesCollaborate with R&D teams for root-cause analysis; with Product and Account Management to maintain client satisfactionHelp clients use Addepar to its fullest through functional and conceptual instructionIn future rotations, you’ll shift toward other roles within the Services organization to:Learn how to design solutions and execute project implementationsWork with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfactionPrioritize and context-switch to support multiple projectsIdentify and drive process improvements as the Addepar platform expandsEngage with clients proactively in a consultative, professional mannerCommunicate project health and status to internal and external senior leadershipWho You AreBA/BS in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field with graduation dates between Fall 2025 - Spring 2026Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skillsSolution-oriented with a passion for problem-solvingProven ability to research, design, and implement solutions for complex problemsIndependent, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong desire to understand the global wealth management businessEffective written and verbal communicationStrong work ethic, proactive and highly contributing teammateStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret dataPrior internship experience in finance, technology, or consulting is a plusExperience programming in Python and/or project management is a plusOur ValuesAct Like an Owner - Think and operate with intention, purpose and care.
