Our client is a medium sized player within the fields of water treatment hygiene disciplines and they pride themselves in providing high quality and professional services to a portfolio of clients nationwide. Due to continuous growth of the business, they are now seeking a Water Treatment Sales/Accounts Manager to work for them in Harrow and the South Central region. Qualifications & Experience: Will have worked within this role and within the water treatment/water hygiene and environment industry sales/management background Purpose of the Role: Overseeing the company’s water treatment, water hygiene and environmental sales services. Preparing sales target and budgets and liaising with the company’s Sales Director. Overseeing the sales and services – building and maintaining the contracts. Providing technical support – liaising with the sales representatives and directors. Ensuring that the technicians are well versed with the Health & Safety procedures and that they adhere to it. Assisting and getting involved with the training – technicians. Supporting the sales team. Reviewing clients annually – maintaining a customer base. Carrying out plant inspections – visiting reports and assessing the sales and service – Complying with the company Quality Assurance and standards. Liaising and assisting team members with regards to sales. Requirements: In general, the successful candidate will be astute, versatile, and flexible and have the ability to manage the company’s business and accounts and at the same time take the business forward. Will have excellent communication, people management, and organizational skills.
