No previous care experience is required — just a caring nature and a willingness to learn. This role is designed to support your development into a Band 3 Clinical Support Worker within 6-12 months, following successful completion of training and competency assessments. Responsibilities Provide personal care including bathing, toileting, dressing, and feeding Record patient observations including vital signs and escalate concerns Support clinical procedures such as wound care, venepuncture, and catheter removal (after training) Assist with medication administration and oxygen therapy (after training) Escort patients and support enhanced observations Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient dignity and confidentiality Benefits A wide range of staff benefits are available to our staff including staff development, enrolment in the NHS pension scheme, auto-enrolment to our Temporary Workforce Service, access to onsite nurseries, staff restaurants and accommodation.
