OverviewMaintenance Engineer - Electrical Bias | Rugby | 4 on 4 off - Days & Nights | £48,700 per annum | FMCG / Food ManufacturingAre you a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias looking to join a fast-paced and dynamic environment? We are working with a leading FMCG food manufacturer in Rugby who are looking to expand their engineering team with a skilled and motivated individual.Role OverviewAs a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of high-speed production lines, with a focus on preventative maintenance (PPM) and swift resolution of breakdowns to minimise downtime. You\'ll work closely with production and engineering teams to maintain and improve equipment efficiency.Shift Pattern4 on 4 off rotationDays & Nights (12-hour shifts)Key ResponsibilitiesPerform PPM tasks in line with schedules to minimise breakdownsTroubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical faults across production equipmentWork proactively to identify improvements and support continuous improvement projectsMaintain accurate maintenance records and support audits and complianceSupport installations, upgrades, and commissioning of new machineryAbout YouApprenticeship trained with NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringStrong electrical bias with proven multi-skilled capabilitiesExperience within a food manufacturing or FMCG environment is essentialComfortable working with PLCs, motors, conveyors, sensors, and packaging machineryA proactive team player with strong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsSalary & Benefits£48,700 per annum #J-18808-Ljbffr
