Class 1 Driver Grantham Twilight Shift Apply for the Class 1 Driver Grantham Twilight Shift role at WCF Chandlers. Base Pay Range Grantham (Lincolnshire) Full-Time | Evening/ Twilight Shift | 40 Hours per week (Mon–Fri, with occasional weekends) performed between the hours of 4pm – 4am £32,760+ per annum salary | Overtime at Enhanced Rates | £60.00 Artic Allowance per week Responsibilities You will be the face of WCF when visiting refineries/ terminals as well as when interacting with our customers. You’ll need to think on your feet, work independently and maintain the highest standards of safety, compliance and service. This role can be challenging; however, is highly rewarding for the right person. Overtime is a regular and expected part of the role, especially during our busy seasons. In return, all overtime is paid at an enhanced rate. Qualifications A qualified HGV Class 1 driver (ADR certificate with Class 3 in tanks is a strong advantage, but full training will be provided for the right candidate) Driver CPC certified. Practical, methodical and safety conscious. Can manage physically demanding tasks and be comfortable with manual work during daily operations. Have excellent understanding of tachograph regulations. Capable of working independently and taking ownership of tasks and responsibility. Customer-focused with strong communication skills. Willing to work flexible hours to support customer needs especially in colder months. Benefits Employee Ownership: Share in our success through various share schemes.
