Job Title: Fire Risk Assessor. Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Salary / Benefits £30k – £45k + Training + Benefits Level of Experience: Fire Risk Assessor through to Fire Risk Consultant. A leading and independent Risk Management Consultancy, who work across Commercial, Industrial and Educational sites, delivering high quality services. Due to continuous growth, they are now looking to recruit a Fire Risk Assessor to join their Northern team. The successful candidate will ideally hold the NEBOSH Fire certificate and will be experienced in carrying out type 1 and type 3 surveys, fire risk assessments, producing fire plan drawings and delivering training courses. The successful candidate will be covering contracts across the Yorkshire / Midlands and North West regions. Consideration will be given to applicants based in or around: Rotherham, Doncaster, Worksop, Barnsley, Scunthorpe, Leeds, Bradford, Keighley, Huddersfield, Blackburn, Oldham, Manchester, Rochdale, Wigan, Stockport, Warrington, Macclesfield. Experience & Qualifications: Holding the NEBOSH Fire certificate or other recognised Fire Risk Assessment qualification would be beneficial. Experience working for an established Risk Management company. Experience carrying out Fire Risk Assessments on a varied client base. Wil be IT literate. Well versed in relevant Health and Safety legislation. M*aintaining excellent working Will have excellent technical knowledge and communication skills. The Role: Working on low risk properties, undertaking type 1 & type 3 surveys. Maintaining excellent working knowledge of PAS79 guidelines. Writing up detailed fire risk assessment reports for clients. Delivering various training courses such as; real fire training, fire drills, use of fire extinguishers and fire warden training. Producing fire plan drawings and delivering briefings. Producing evacuation plans. Ensuring work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety legislations.
