1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Role: EYFS Teacher Location: M11, Manchester Hours: Full‑time, Monday to Friday Pay: GBP138 to GBP208 per day (dependent on experience) Start Date: ASAP Duration: Long term Reeson Education is seeking a nurturing and dedicated EYFS Teacher for a long‑term role in a welcoming and inclusive primary school located in the M11 area of Manchester. This full‑time EYFS Teacher position is available from January, on a long‑term basis. The school is known for its caring ethos, strong leadership, and commitment to early years development. As an EYFS Teacher, you will join a dedicated team that places children's wellbeing and early learning at the centre of everything they do. The setting provides a rich and stimulating environment, where children are encouraged to explore, question, and thrive through play‑based and structured learning. EYFS Teacher Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework Foster a warm and supportive classroom atmosphere Support the social, emotional, and academic development of young learners Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress Work closely with support staff and parents to ensure each child's needs are met Adapt teaching strategies to suit pupils with a range of abilities and backgrounds Promote early phonics, number work, and fine/gross motor skill development Create a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment Collaborate with colleagues to plan enriching continuous provision Maintain high expectations for behaviour, routines, and learning EYFS Teacher Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience as an EYFS Teacher or in an early years setting Passion for early childhood education and development Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child‑centred learning Excellent communication and classroom management skills Ability to create a positive and structured learning environment Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children Why Join This School as an EYFS Teacher?
