About the Mortgage Broker Role

As a Mortgage and Protection Broker, you'll be at the heart of a dynamic and successful business, providing tailored mortgage advice to a diverse client base. With access to an existing portfolio of clients, as well as continuous lead generation from local branches, you'll have everything you need to maximise your earning potential. This role is perfect for a motivated and ambitious broker looking to build a strong career with full support and industry-leading rewards.

  • Advising clients on a full range of mortgage products to suit their individual needs.
  • Conducting detailed financial assessments and affordability checks.
  • Managing the entire mortgage application process, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and internal teams.
  • Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets.
  • Staying up to date with mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
