Primarily focused on power and embedded electronic solutions to controlour existing and future product range.ResponsibilitiesAs an Electronics Lead, you will be involved in a range of activities, which include:Managing development activities and team resource to align with project programs and deadlines, driving continuousimprovement for best practice design, guidelines and rulesProviding technical guidance and support to team members. Improving capability of senior team members through developmentand KPI reportsEngaging with engineers and suppliers both internally and externally to ensure an optimised solution is engineered. Supportingcontinuous improvement through innovation, commercialisation and business needEnsuring that attention to detail, rectification of design error, and cost control are considerations that you and your design teamshave at the forefront of your minds when engaged in design work - for both new and existing productsRepresenting your team at meetings with other internal and external stakeholders.
