Flexibility and reliability are an essential attribute that is needed from any successful candidate due to the nature of our ever‑changing profession.You must enjoy working as part of a team and have a great sense of humour. You must be determined to help our children progress and have the initiative needed to personalise support. You will have excellent behaviour management and a nurturing approach. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference and work with a strong team.Previous experience of working in an early year’s setting is essential. Please state on the application form any additional training that you have undertaken, for example Paediatric First Aid.
