We are too What You'll Do: Respond in a timely manner to internal and external customer enquiries relating to products and disease areas, including direct requests; enquiries escalated from the Front Line and enquiries escalated from head office Medical Information Team. Assess hierarchy of MI resources to respond to enquiries and utilise MI resources to answer enquiries. Prioritise enquiries involving patient care. Provide answers through the customers preferred channel i.e. E‑mail/telephone call/letter etc. Document all enquiries accurately in GMI Connect IM, including appropriate use of comments fields when escalating enquiries between different colleagues. Document adverse events and product complaints as appropriate. Requirements & Qualifications: Desire to support patients, provide information and assistance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including customer service skills. Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills.
