The Treasury Operations Analyst at Ren will play a crucial role within the Cash Operations team, supporting core treasury functions and driving improvements across cash-related processes. With Ren overseeing more than $150 billion in assets under administration—much of which involves active cash management—this role is essential to ensuring operational efficiency, control, and scalability. The Analyst will be responsible for analyzing large volumes of treasury data to identify trends and inefficiencies, supporting process improvement initiatives, and assisting in the implementation of treasury technology solutions. A significant focus of the role will be on identifying automation opportunities and streamlining workflows to enhance scalability and reduce manual intervention.In addition to data analysis and process improvement, the Treasury Operations Analyst will directly support the daily execution of incoming and outgoing fund transactions. This includes pulling daily banking activity, reconciling transactions in coordination with the Cash Operations team, and ensuring accurate processing of fund movements. The role will involve close collaboration with Operations to ensure appropriate issuing of outgoing funds, proper coding and depositing of incoming checks, and timely application of incoming funds. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and highly analytical, with a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex problems. They should be comfortable working cross-functionally and have a strong interest in process optimization, operational risk management, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced and high-volume treasury environment.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAnalyze data and cash activity in various treasury systems to support daily operations and reporting.Identify opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate manual work, and automate workflows across cash operations.Partner with Treasury, Accounting, and Technology teams to implement new tools, systems, or enhancements.Support the design and rollout of scalable and efficient treasury processes to accommodate growth.Contribute to documentation of procedures and development of best practices within the Cash Operations function.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and recommend improvements.Stay up to date on trends and technologies in treasury, automation, and finance operations.Provide support for audits, internal controls, and special projects as needed.Pull daily banking activity and review transactions to identify incoming fund transactions.Reconcile entries and resolve any discrepancies.Facilitate the appropriate issuing of outgoing funds.Code and deposit incoming funds efficiently and accurately.Maintain comprehensive records of all fund transactions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.Continuously evaluate and enhance existing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.Perform other tasks as warranted.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered2+ years of experience in treasury, accounting, finance operations, or fund administrationStrong understanding of treasury operations, cash management, and financial/treasury systems (e.g., GTreasury)Proficient in Excel and financial tools; automation experience (macros, Power Query) is a plusFamiliarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in fund administrationStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with attention to detailExcellent communication, collaboration, and time management abilitiesFlexible, proactive, and effective in fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentsHigh ethical standards and a strong sense of ownershipPay Range$55,000 - $65,000 USDRen is an equal employment opportunity employer.
