Internal Sales Executive

Title: Internal Sales Executive Duties: * Hit and exceed call and sales targets * Complete both inbound & outbound calls (incoming calls answered within 3 rings) * Maintain excellent working relationships with existing customers * Build and maintain a steady growth of new customers * Answer technical questions and provide solutions from our product range * Quote prices to customer as and when required * Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales * Enter and update customer information in the database * Take and process orders in an accurate manner * Be the first point of contact for customer issue. * Attend monthly staff meetings and daily sales huddles You will require: * Self-motivation, drive, and a positive winning attitude * Outstanding negotiation skills * Strong arithmetic ability * Excellent knowledge of English with professional communication and interpersonal skills * A passion to exceed targets * A hunger for sales * Proven experience in telesales or other sales * Ability to learn technical products, to enable effective selling to customers * Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection * Strong attention to detail * Experience in the resin and / or building flooring industry (not required, but preferred) Further details: Office based, in Kempston, Bedford Full time: 7.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. 1 hour for lunch.
