Job Description The Key Lead ensures all customers receive a quality in‑store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates and ensuring smooth store operations. The role is part of the store leadership team, driving performance through customer experience and daily sales achievement. Key Responsibilities Opening and closing routine Product knowledge & brand awareness Business understanding Proactive thinking Attention to detail Register / point‑of‑sale use Asset protection Visual displays System skills Work Schedule Requirements Schedule varies weekly; expect to work at least 16 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. During peak timeframes, hours may increase to support business needs. Qualifications High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred. At least 1 year of retail experience preferred. Customer focus, communication, interpersonal interaction. Fashion trend knowledge, outgoing, assertiveness. Adaptability/flexibility, stress tolerance, poise, ambition. Multi‑tasking, applied learning, strong work ethic. Omni‑channel services experience.
