Following the expansion of our services locally, we are excited to promote a new opportunity to join our experienced team of night unloaders/loaders based at our Strood depot. Role Overview The role is ideally suited for an individual with previous experience working nighttime hours in a warehouse environment. Experience with counterbalance or high‑reach forklifts is preferred, but in‑house MHE training is offered. Successful applicant will receive extensive training in the safe and effective operation of all MHE and processes surrounding loading and unloading of vehicles. Hours of Work 40 hours per week: 20:00 – 07:30 (e.g., 22:00‑07:00 or 20:00‑05:00 inclusive of breaks). 8 hours per day. What You Need to Succeed Ability to work independently or in a team and be flexible in your approach. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Flexible attitude to working hours. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous. Applicants must be in good health, reasonable fitness and able to achieve a high work rate. What You'll Do on a Typical Day Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles. Undertake manual handling tasks that may involve heavy lifting in a fast‑paced environment.
