About the role The Executive Director will lead Hillside Clubhouse through its next phase of development, ensuring co‑production, equity and lived experience remain embedded in all services. Responsibilities Develop and refresh Hillside’s strategy, securing and diversifying income streams. Lead business development, identify new opportunities and build a fundraising strategy. Amplify Hillside’s presence externally, cultivating relationships with commissioners, funders and partners. Champion the voice of Hillside’s community, shaping services delivered within and beyond the Clubhouse. Build a strong relationship with the Board and maintain robust charity governance. Qualifications Five years senior management experience with a strong track record of driving organisational change. Experience in strategy development, staff management and multi‑faceted programme delivery. Background in business development, income generation and fundraising. Deep understanding of mental health policy, NHS structures and local authority systems. Demonstrated commitment to co‑production, empowerment, equity and lived‑experience leadership.
