Lead Clinical Director - Small Animal Location: Scottish Borders Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum (depending on experience) Job Type: Permanent Full-time Hours: 40 hours per week – 4 or 5-day week plus 1 in 5 weekends OOH (with time off in lieu) and 1 night per week Are you ready to elevate your veterinary career? Shape the Future: Provide strategic direction to two established RCVS-accredited practices, guiding a talented team of veterinary professionals. Leadership Development: Lead and develop senior leadership teams, including Farm Clinical Directors, Practice Managers, Clinical Nursing Managers, and Lead Vets. Focus on Excellence: Concentrate on Small Animal clinical standards while performing equine and farm out-of-hours work. Continuous Growth: Strengthen both clinical and leadership skills through continuous development and training opportunities. Client Engagement: Utilise business development skills to support the continuous growth of successful practices and engage clients effectively. This dual-site role offers a professionally rewarding position across two well-supported sites in the scenic Scottish Borders. The Sites Mixed practice with a solid farm base and an expanding companion animal component. It is also home to the UK’s leading stem cell, regenerative medicine, and rehabilitation clinic.
