Workshop Supervisor
Warwick, Warwickshire
£20 - £24 per hour + Bonus + 33 days holiday + Private healthcare + Overtime + Pension

Great opportunity has just arisen to join a leading mechanical engineering company based in Warwick. You will be supervising a small team of engineers whilst remaining hands on with servicing and repairs.

The Role:

Undertakes and oversees repairs of electric motors, pumps and gearboxes.
Providing training/toolbox talks to reports where needed.
The cost-effective deployment of resources (labour and material) to achieve plan.
Supervising team members, managing discipline, attitude, appearance and time keeping.
Providing support and guidance to all employees while setting the standards for other to adopt.
Workshop maintenance.
Plan workflow in order to meet customer requirements as directed by the workshop manager and workshop foreman.

The Candidate:

Previous supervisory experience within electrical motors, pumps and gearboxes.
Computer skills required to basic level.
Knowledge of safety protocols and PPE.
Team player.
Excellent communication skills.
