Job Responsibilities Lead by example, providing guidance and support on shift to promote best practice. Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures. Report changes in residents’ needs or wellbeing promptly to the line manager. Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date care plans and documentation. Qualifications and Experience Experience working with older people in residential care. Completed or working towards NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Flexible, patient, caring, organised and good with people. Able to lead a team and use own initiative.
