Join to apply for the Product Manager - Cyber Data Intelligence Platform role at Tesco Technology About the role As the Product Manager for the Cyber Data Intelligence Platform (CDIP) at Tesco Technology, you will own the strategy, roadmap and delivery of capabilities for our data analytics and AI initiatives within Cybersecurity. You will ensure our Cybersecurity needs are met while improving user experience and driving data analytics and AI capabilities that boost cyber resilience and protect Tesco from emerging cyber threats. Key responsibilities Develop and implement the product strategy for cyber data analytics and AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with broader objectives. Own the product roadmap, continuously improving platform capabilities to meet user and stakeholder needs. Lead product development and releases from concept to launch, defining features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing release processes. Prioritise features and initiatives, balancing business value, user needs, and technical feasibility. Engage with senior leadership, internal cyber data teams, wider security teams and partners to validate ideas and ensure alignment. Champion the user experience by conducting research, capturing feedback, and iterating on features. Promote innovation and continuous improvement, exploring opportunities to enhance data and AI products. Lead sprint planning and release processes to deliver maximum business value and efficient resource utilisation. Required qualifications Technical background with experience working with cloud platforms, ideally in data‑intensive products. Product management experience, including developing strategies, roadmaps and driving product development in a sophisticated data environment. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with the ability to write detailed user stories, PRDs and acceptance criteria. Excellent skills in handling relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across different fields. Passion for user experience, with experience conducting user research and driving iterative improvements based on data‑driven insights.
