Retail management and commercial experience, with great customer service skills. Understanding of how to lead and deliver a company strategy, with the ability to implement in store to drive strong performance results. Ability to work at pace and react to the changing needs of the customer. A collaborative personality and able to thrive in a team centered approach. A passion for keeping up to date with your own learning and development. Ability to coach and develop individuals and teams. As part of our 12‑week Store Manager Training Programme, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across a variety of stores — learning from experienced leaders and developing the skills to confidently run your own store. During training, you’ll need to be flexible to travel between different locations, but once you complete the programme, you’ll be based in your own store — ideally one of our larger flagship locations. We’re looking for individuals with the ambition to progress, who see this as the first step toward managing big stores or developing into an Area Manager role in the future.
