This small, friendly residence provides specialist dementia care for up to 19 residents in a cosy, family-like environment.We are now looking for a Domestic Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will help create a clean, safe, and homely environment where residents feel comfortable and well cared for. Your work will make a real difference every day, contributing to the wellbeing and happiness of our residents.What We Offer£12.21 per hour12 contracted hours per weekAdditional £2 per hour overtimePaid PVG, pension scheme, uniform provided5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)What You Will DoYou will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the home, including residents’ rooms and communal areas. This will include cleaning furniture and fittings, replenishing supplies, managing waste safely, and working in line with infection control and health and safety procedures. You will also play an important role in helping to create a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone in the home.About YouYou will be reliable, organised, and take pride in your work. Previous experience in a domestic or cleaning role is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided.
