This is a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between Production and the Race Team, ensuring the right parts are in the right place at the right time.Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of a family of parts from end-of-manufacture to end-of-life.Define and manage pool quantities to support budget forecasting and attrition planning.Use ERP systems to track shortages and create allocation plans.Collaborate across departments to support efficient logistics and reduce late freight.Forecast and allocate parts 3-4 races ahead to support build and logistics schedules.Act as the main contact for the Race Team regarding part availability and delivery timelines.Support pre-race assembly builds and maintain accurate inventory records.Contribute to the development of the component lifing system and budget planning.Find Your PlaceWilliams Racing is a team built on collaboration, respect, and shared ambition.
