Your impact Working closely with the full delivery team, you will lead multi‑disciplinary projects, develop innovative flood‑risk solutions, and push sustainability forward. Responsibilities Lead multi‑disciplinary teams to develop high‑quality, sustainable flood‑risk management solutions. Address challenging engineering problems to find affordable, sustainable solutions while adhering to all design quality assurance standards. Mitigate environmental impact at the outset to provide integrated design solutions. Respond to climate change increases in flood risk and work to reduce cost and carbon footprint. Support a collaborative delivery approach, engaging stakeholders (public, flood risk management authorities). Contribute to an engaged team environment by mentoring and supporting the professional development of colleagues. Develop technical scopes, support programme and budget setting, and secure approvals. Understand, communicate, manage and mitigate project risk. What we’re looking for BEng/MEng in Civil Engineering. Chartered (ICE, CIWEM or equivalent). Experience leading design delivery, including multidisciplinary and design‑build projects. Knowledge of current UK design standards, guidance and working practices. Expertise in delivering traditional engineering and environmentally‑focused solutions. Strong commercial, contractual and programme experience.
