We now have a vacancy that offers a valuable opportunity for someone wishing to gain or build upon their experience in board leadership within the sports sector. About the Role The Director of Performance will play a pivotal role in shaping, developing and overseeing the Table Tennis Wales performance plan. This includes helping to set strategic direction for athlete development, coaching pathways, talent identification, and the structures that support elite and aspiring players. The time commitment for this voluntary role is approximately 1–2 days per month, which includes attending Board meetings as well as relevant working groups, consultations, and key events. Experience in performance sport, talent pathways, athlete development, or high-performance systems would be particularly valuable.
