Executive Receptionist (Client Support Executive) Based at the Central London offices of one of the largest law firms in the world. Hours: 32 hours a week as required - Monday to ThursdaySalary: £24,960 Responsibilities Provide a friendly welcome at reception to all visitors and guests. Assist in booking and facilitating onsite meetings and events. Manage ad‑hoc daily tasks and requests via email, phone and the service desk app. Multitask and manage your day effectively to balance the needs of visiting guests with room bookings and events management. Qualifications Bubbly personality with excellent people skills and the ability to build long‑lasting relationships. Work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Experience delivering 5-star service within a busy corporate or hotel environment (essential). Client services role experience and previous law firm experience advantageous.
