Responsibilities Nurture, encourage and care; making a meaningful contribution demands flexibility, professionalism and skills. Help residents enjoy every day by ensuring they receive quality nutritional experiences. Assist in the preparation of a range of meals to suit individual tastes and requirements, demonstrating a caring nature towards others. Engage with residents in a friendly and kind manner, ensuring dietary preferences and needs are met, creating a positive dining experience for everyone. Qualifications Cook/Kitchen Assistant experience preferably gained in a care home setting.
