Apply today Key Responsibilities Managing and delivering a broad range of building surveying services, including condition surveys, defect analysis, feasibility studies and technical due diligence Preparing specifications, schedules of work, and tender documentation Leading and coordinating interdisciplinary project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget Acting as a key client interface, building and maintaining strong working relationships Overseeing contract administration, including monitoring works on site and managing contractor performance Providing professional advice across education, commercial, healthcare and other sectors Supporting junior team members and contributing to knowledge‑sharing within the wider consultancy Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, standards and industry best practice Requirements MRICS accreditation or working towards it A relevant Building Surveying degree (or equivalent) Strong technical expertise in building surveying Proven ability to manage programmes and budgets effectively Experience in relevant sectors such as education, healthcare or commercial would be ideal Excellent client‑facing skills and relationship‑building capability Experience leading interdisciplinary teams (advantageous) Benefits Flexible working hours Hybrid working (office/home blend) Birthday leave Twice‑yearly pay review Pension scheme Professional development scheme & funded professional fees Two paid volunteering day Regular social events ...
