About the Role As a key member of our Fleet Team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough vehicle inspections across our fleet. This is also a customer‑facing role, so you will play an important part in representing the business and upholding our high standards of service and professionalism. Location West Drayton Reporting Lines This role reports to the Asset Manager Key Stakeholders Fleet Department Logistics Department Insurance Department Hours Monday to Friday 10.00 to 18.00 Main Accountabilities Inspecting vehicles and recording evidence of any damage Customer‑facing role where you deliver customer service in a fast‑paced environment to our internal and external clients Prioritising workload to ensure effective and efficient running of the department Ensuring our fleet systems are updated with the correct information Dealing with in‑house software systems Ensuring health and safety is adhered to whilst moving vehicles on site About You You will have a Full UK driving licence Confident using IT systems including our inspection tablets Some knowledge of vehicle damage is preferable Excellent verbal and written communication skills Benefits Salary up to £28,000, plus up to 5% bonus, life insurance (death in service), two days paid volunteering leave a year, private medical insurance & travel insurance (after 1 year), wellness program, cycle to work scheme, 33 days annual leave (incl. bank holidays), extensive retail discounts via Reward Gateway, support with professional training and qualifications via apprenticeships, season ticket loans, discounted cabs and courier services (within London).
