The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic Multi-Disciplinary Team at an exciting time of positive change.The post holder will be expected to demonstrate high level of commitment, motivation and knowledge of working with people with eating disorders. The role will require clinically effective assessment, care management skills and interventions in accordance with the Care Programme Approach and Care Act framework.The post holder's duties will include engagement with clients in the development of person centred, eating disorder recovery focused care plans. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting. As a core member of the team, you will also be responsible for your own caseload, providing ongoing assessment, care co-ordination as a Key Worker and delivering evidence based intervention in the community. You will demonstrate excellent assessment skills, interpersonal, and team working skills and be able to work flexibly and collaboratively with patients, families/ carers and a range of statutory organisations.You will have an enthusiastic approach towards your own personal and professional development.
