This is a part-time, permanent position that provides excellent clinical exposure and the chance to work alongside a friendly, supportive team. Your day-to-day duties will vary by shift and may include assisting our veterinary surgeons and nurses, undertaking reception and administrative tasks, supporting with laboratory work, and maintaining a clean, sterile working environment. Full training is provided, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills within a busy, progressive practice. About Us Lynton Veterinary Group is a long-established small animal practice with branches in Woking, Bagshot, and Addlestone. We continue to invest in our facilities, including a brand-new, purpose-built practice in Woking, with ongoing refurbishments at our other sites to maintain the same high clinical standards. The Perfect Fit You'll be joining a welcoming and supportive team comprising 7 Veterinary Surgeons, 9 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 2 Student Veterinary Nurses, Animal Nursing Assistants, and an experienced Reception team. Responsibilities Assist veterinary surgeons and veterinary nurses with clinical procedures and examinations. Receive and triage patient and client calls. Maintain a clean, sterile working environment. Support laboratory work and basic diagnostic tasks. Perform reception and administrative duties as required. Shift Pattern 40‑hour‑per‑week position, working between 8 am and 7:30 pm on a shift basis. Saturday mornings are worked on a rota with time off in lieu provided. No out‑of‑hours (OOH) requirements for this role. Benefits Competitive salary. 6.6 weeks annual leave + birthday holiday allowance.
