Job Description We are looking for a Global Mobility Manager or experienced Senior Associate to join a rapidly growing Consumer/Luxury/Pharma team within our Tax business. You will handle a broad range of Global Mobility Tax matters, manage client engagements and projects, deliver complex work, drive team initiatives, and support the development of the wider team. Responsibilities Day‑to‑day management of a variety of client engagements, ranging from large global businesses to smaller businesses with an expanding global footprint. Providing clients with tax advice across consulting areas, including tax residence, cross‑border moves, tax equalisation, remote working, and commuting arrangements. Proactively engaging with clients and the market to develop new opportunities, managing and delivering work to a high standard, and meeting deadlines. Reviewing work and coaching, and developing junior colleagues. Managing and developing client relationships through business development activities. Staying up to date with evolving tax legislation and best practice, and keeping clients informed of any changes. What Will Be Expected Building and nurturing strong client and colleague relationships to foster long‑term partnerships and drive business growth. Working within a team both globally and nationally, whilst also being able to work independently. Working with cross‑functional teams and managing global mobility tax projects. Preferred Skills And Experience Commitment to delivering great client service with a focus on clear and timely communication. Strong analytical skills and an interest in using technology to analyse client data and improve its usability for clients. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Providing compelling and well‑thought‑out solutions to complex problems. Sustaining a high level of drive, showing enthusiasm and a positive attitude when coping with pressure at work. Strong organisational and project management skills including prioritisation and working to strict deadlines. Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Qualifications Practical experience of the areas outlined above with a strong background in UK tax. Certification(s) Preferred: ACA / ATT / CTA (or breadth of knowledge equivalent to CTA). Additional Information This is a hybrid role. Based in one of the following office locations: London / Reading / Watford / Birmingham / Edinburgh. Remote possibilities may be considered in other areas of the UK. This is a regular full‑time position.
