Your responsibilities will include: Advising on affordable housing and investor sales Supporting land disposals, planning, and infrastructure agreements Conducting property due diligence and reporting on title Building relationships across regional offices, with occasional travel required About You We’re looking for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with: 2+ years after qualifying (PQE) experience Experience in affordable housing, section 106 agreements, and infrastructure matters Strong property law knowledge and commercial awareness Previous experience in-house or in private practice, ideally within the housebuilding sector Excellent communication skills and confidence in managing stakeholder relationships Ready to take the next step in your legal career?
