This role is 4 days per week in the office and 1 day work from home.ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will assist lead role for Enterprise Risk Team management, reporting to relevant personnel, as part of second line of defence, support and challenge the management of risks, in line with the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, and report material risk issues to ensure that risks are managed within risk appetite and regulatory requirements. Enhance management of Liquidity & Interest Rate Regulatory Reporting and pro-actively challenge the first line, second line and other departments identification and management of operational risk.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years experience on ERM / Liquidity / Operational risk management.Sponsorship will not be available; 3+ years on visa eligibility to work in the UK is essential.Fluent Mandarin required for the Risk Control Officer role.Experience in Enterprise Risk Management framework, second line of defence, risk reporting and regulatory requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
