About The Role The remit of responsibilities extends beyond leading everyday operational activities to the integrative planning of strategic innovation (e.g., AI, technology, process simplification) into the future fabric and operating model of Global Medical Affairs. Key Areas Of Responsibility Drive GMA functional strategy and operational execution, ensuring rigorous design, integration & adoption of innovative solutions for organizational effectiveness. Integratively plan strategic innovations (AI, technology, process simplification) into the future fabric and operating model of GMA. Manage GMA transformation programs and projects, supporting GMA Leadership as required. Support design and implementation of AI and technology solutions, track outcomes and secure committed benefits; enable GMA functional operations, including change, communication & engagement strategy, resource forecasting, and enablement of GMA strategy. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences required; advanced degree (MSc, MBA etc.) in scientific or business preferred or relevant business experience. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in health care, technology sector, business transformation, new technologies, or operational excellence. Fluent English (oral and written).
