This role offers a salary of up to 50,000 and requires full on-site presence.The opportunity has arisen due to substantial business expansion, highlighting the company's commitment to strengthening their supply chain operations.ResponsibilitiesRole responsibilities of the Supply Chain Manager include:Manage inventory levels and ensure high stock availability and order fulfillment, meeting key performance indicatorsOptimise working capital by balancing stock levels, minimising excess inventory, and implementing effective stocking strategies based on usage and customer contracts.Lead the fulfillment team to execute inventory and ordering decisions efficiently, supported by reports, strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain strong supplier relationships, organise meetings, resolve issues, and support supplier development and scoring.Provide cost, usage, and performance data to support strategic decision-making and collaborate with supply chain partners, customers, and internal divisions to strengthen service offerings.Monitor supply chain performance, identify bottlenecks, ensure compliance with regulations, and complete all assigned tasks regularly to improve overall efficiency.Person SpecificationPrevious experience in a supply chain within a retail or consumables industryStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective internal and external interactions.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, quality control, and problem-solving throughout fulfillment processes.Technically skilled in warehouse management systems and other fulfillment technologies.Proven ability to plan, organise, and streamline workflows for efficient operations, considering environmental sustainability.SalaryUp to 50kThis position requires full onsite presenceThis role will be well suited to you if you have held a role within supply chain as a supply chain manager, supply chain lead, supply chain specialist, inventory manager, supply chain supervisor, supply chain coordinator, supply chain operations manager, operations manager, materials manager, supply chain planning manager or supply chain team leader #J-18808-Ljbffr
