Overview Structural Engineer – £50k-£65k – Henley-On-Thames. The option to work from the London office can also be available. Responsibilities Apply hands-on structural design and lead projects within a dynamic and progressive structural design consultancy. Develop relationships with the full design to construction team, managing multiple projects primarily in the residential and commercial buildings sectors (new builds, refurbishments and conversions). Mentor more junior staff and support project delivery to meet client expectations and deadlines. Contribute to the development of state-of-the-art contemporary designs and innovative solutions. Qualifications Several years of experience in a buildings design practice. Strong hands-on structural designer capable of leading projects. Ideally MICE or MIStructE qualified (preferred). Strong communicator able to juggle multiple projects and work with the design to construction team. Benefits The office is a short walk from Henley station.
