We have an opportunity available for a Part Time Support Worker - Supported Living to join the team at Highfield Court based in Lancashire, BB4 5EP. Salary: £12.60 per hour. Hours: 24 hours weekly. Responsibilities Support adults in a person-centered way to live independently in Supported Living and move towards independent accommodation. From medication assistance to accessing the community and domestic tasks, contribute to varied days where no two are the same. Build relationships with service users and colleagues while understanding individual needs with a positive, friendly approach. Demonstrate patience and a sense of humour to help create a welcoming environment for tenants. Qualifications No prior industry experience or specific qualifications required to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space you will receive on-the-job training and have the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
