HGV Vehicle Technician

M4 Specialist are recruiting for 3 x experienced HGV Vehicle Technicians for our client based in Dunstable to work on their late shift – 14.30 – 00.00
Permanent positions available for the right candidates, working Monday to Friday with Saturdays as OT.
Paying up to £22 per hour depending on experience.
Job role:
* You'll be responsible for fast and accurate diagnoses using diagnostic tools and for choosing the right repair techniques.
* You'll work independently to maintain and repair vehicles and components.
* You'll carry out a range of inspections (MOT, tacho, etc.).
* You'll carry out final checks on work that has been completed.
Requirements;
* A completed secondary vocational education.
* A broad vehicle-related technical knowledge, preferably of wide range of products.
* An extensive experience in carrying out repairs and maintenance on trucks, components and associated vehicles.
* Familiarization with developments in the automotive industry.
You will be required to provide your own tool-kit and be in possession of a valid driving licence (preferably HGV but not essential).
