Knowledge Lawyer - Financial Services Disputes & Investigations - Bristol - 5+ years PQELocation: Bristol Office (Hybrid & Flexible)Type of Role: Full-time or Part-timeSalary: £70,000 to £90,000Chadwick Nott are happy to be working with a leading national law firm in their search for an experienced Knowledge Lawyer to join their Financial Services Disputes & Investigations team in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the knowledge strategy of a top-tier financial services disputes practice, within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.The RoleThis is a strategic, non-fee earning position focused on legal excellence, training, and innovation. Responsibilities include:Creating and maintaining legal precedents and annotated resourcesDesigning and delivering internal training programmes for fee earners and traineesProviding client-facing training, including virtual and in-person sessions across the UKMonitoring legal developments and updating practice materials accordinglyResponding to complex legal queries from fee earnersManaging and promoting the firm's internal knowledge databaseCollaborating with the Risk team to identify and mitigate legal risksDriving efficiencies through legal tech, process optimisation, and innovation initiativesWriting legal insights and articles for internal and external publicationSupporting tenders and business development initiativesMentoring trainees on research and knowledge applicationCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:5+ years PQE, ideally with experience in financial services disputes or investigationsStrong legal drafting and analytical skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesA proactive, client-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomouslyExperience in knowledge management or a desire to transition from fee earningFamiliarity with legal tech and project delivery toolsA collaborative approach and enthusiasm for innovationWorking ArrangementsThis role offers full flexibility, with options for part-time or full-time working.
