KS1 Teaching Assistant – Primary School – Garston Location: Garston, LiverpoolStart Date: January 2026Contract: Full-time, Term-timePay Rate: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour (depending on experience) About the Role Are you passionate about supporting young learners and helping them thrive? A welcoming primary school in Garston is looking for a KS1 Teaching Assistant to join their team this January. You’ll work closely with the class teacher to: Support pupils in Year 1 and Year 2 with their learning and development. Deliver small group interventions and 1:1 support where needed. Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in lessons. Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with children and wants to make a real difference in their education journey. Ideal Candidate Experience working in a primary school setting (KS1 experience preferred). A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
