About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside class teachers to support pupils across the primary age range. Your role will involve providing both one-to-one and small-group support, helping to create engaging learning experiences, and ensuring all children have the opportunity to succeed. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities Providing targeted support to pupils who need additional help Encouraging children's participation, confidence, and independence Preparing resources and maintaining an organised classroom environment Assisting with assessments and reporting pupil progress to teaching staff This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their classroom experience and be part of a warm, welcoming school community. Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
