You will plan and deliver tailored lessons, adapt teaching strategies to suit individual learning styles, and work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and external professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that helps each pupil reach their full potential.Your responsibilities will include:Create Safe Spaces: Foster a supportive, nurturing environment where students feel confident to take risks and grow academically.Personalise Learning: Develop and implement bespoke educational plans that address each student's unique needs and strengths.Support Families: Collaborate closely with families to extend learning beyond the classroom and build a strong support network.Inspire Growth: Deliver engaging, empathetic lessons that boost self‑esteem, resilience, and academic achievement.Be a Role Model: Lead by example, promoting positive behaviours and values that encourage personal development and lifelong learning.Who We're Looking For:We're looking for individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering high‑quality education.
