You’ll lead by example, inspire and support your team, and uphold the high standards our guests expect. You’ll also deputise for the Housekeeping Manager when required. Key responsibilities include: Leading, coaching and training housekeeping colleagues Organising rotas and daily schedules Ensuring immaculate cleanliness across the hotel Managing stock levels of cleaning products, chemicals and laundry Maintaining compliance with health & safety, security and financial procedures What we’re looking for You’ll be someone who takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences, thrives in a leadership role, and brings energy and attention to detail every day. Ideally, you will have: At least one year’s housekeeping experience Strong people management skills and a hands‑on approach Excellent organisational ability Flexibility to work a variety of shifts A professional, proactive and approachable manner The details Permanent, part‑time role 8‑hour shifts £13.10 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
