You will work closely with pharmacy and clinical teams to ensure timely access to medicines for patients, contribute to service development and provide ward‑based medicines management. Support clinical verification of homecare prescriptions across defined specialties. Accurately dispense and check prescriptions for inpatients, outpatients and discharge. Provide ward‑based medicines management and patient counselling. Contribute to audits, financial monitoring and cost improvement strategies.
