Astute's Power team is partnering with a leading energy from waste company to recruit a Resident Engineer within their Servicing team to work on site in Braintree, Essex. The Resident Engineer role comes with a salary of up to £77,000 + private medical + benefits. If you are an experienced Service Engineer who has experience with Long Term Service Agreements (LTSAs) then submit your CV to apply today. Represent the service provider on site, ensuring all Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA) obligations are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual requirements. Plan, coordinate, and manage annual outages, routine maintenance, and emergent repair work to minimise downtime and maximise plant reliability. Work closely with the client to align operational, maintenance, and emergency procedures while maintaining full compliance with HSEQ legislation and site standards. Monitor day-to-day site activities for safety, environmental, and operational compliance, supporting investigations into incidents or near-misses. Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and operational advice to ensure plant equipment is maintained and operated correctly.
