What you will do Collaborate with children and families to assess needs and create tailored support plans. Monitor and review care plans to ensure the safety and well‑being of children, adapting strategies as required. Work closely with a dedicated team to provide continuous support for children in the child protection system. Liaise with other professionals, such as schools, healthcare providers, and legal representatives, to coordinate comprehensive support.
