Behaviour Support Assistant – Durham (1:1 SEMH Support)Location: Durham | Job Type: Full-time, TemporaryProtocol Education is recruiting a Behaviour Support Assistant for a 1:1 role in Durham. You’ll support a pupil with high-level SEMH needs in a mainstream classroom.Key Responsibilities:Provide consistent emotional and behavioural supportMonitor progress and contribute to behaviour planningCollaborate with teachers and parents/carersRequirements:Patience, compassion, and emotional intelligenceExperience working 1:1 or in small groupsAbility to manage difficult behaviour positivelyPay Scale: Depends on skills and experience brought to the role.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
