Senior Architectural Technologist Central London 50000 - 65000 Aztrum is delighted to be working with a dynamic forward-thinking practice delivering innovative architectural solutions across residential commercial and mixed-use sectors. The client is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to support the delivery of two large-scale residential projects across different phases offering the opportunity to contribute to high-profile schemes within a supportive and design-led environment. Responsibilities Assist in the management and technical delivery of a large residential project across two phases (approximately 700 units) covering RIBA Stages 46. Contribute to the development of technical design packages for a high-profile 30-storey residential tower currently entering early Stage 4. Support the delivery of the second phase at Stage 4 / 5 consisting of three separate buildings two of which are already on site (frame complete façade underway). Maintain strong client relationships acting as a key technical point of contact where required. Work collaboratively with the project team offering technical guidance to junior staff and contributing to a supportive team environment. Produce and review detailed drawings and technical information to ensure accuracy compliance and high-quality delivery. Assist in ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the required technical and quality standards. Essential Skills & Experience 710 years experience in UK residential architecture ideally with exposure to high-rise and multi-occupancy buildings. Proven experience delivering large-scale projects with strong technical knowledge and package delivery experience. Practical delivery-focused technical skill set with excellent understanding of UK building regulations and construction methodologies. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients consultants and contractors. Proficiency in Revit; additional technical software skills are an advantage.
