Build and nurture a talented team — shaping the next generation of engineers. Who you are A Chartered Electrical Engineer with a proven track record at principal/senior level (or beyond). A natural leader who can rally a team and inspire confidence in clients. Commercially sharp — you see both the numbers and the bigger picture. Calm under pressure, strategic under fire, and unflappable in meetings. Technically strong — you know your craft and how it connects with the wider picture. A confident communicator who builds trust, wins work, and drives results.
